Job PurposeTo gather and analyze HR data or metrics that will inform and recommended strategies that improve the HR function and ensure legal compliance for clients and the consulting firm.

2 Duties:

General Duties:

  • Researches new trends and technologies.
  • Conducts client needs assessments (Audit).
  • Shares findings with consultant team through reports/presentations.
  • Collates data for crafting HR policies and procedures.

Supervisory Duties:

  • Recommends trainings to consultants.
  • Provides inputs for team member assessments.
  • Assigns duties and monitors activities of direct reports.

Other Duties:

  • Conducts orientation programs, employee safety, etc.
  • Attends client meetings and facilitates staff meetings.

3 Competencies:

Educational Qualification:

  • Masters’ Degree in HR Management or related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in HR/Research or related.

Technical Competencies:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, ERPs, etc.
  • In-depth knowledge of research programs, AI, PowerBI, etc.

Personality Competencies:

  • Assertiveness, Trustworthiness, Integrity, Proactive behavior, etc.
