Job PurposeTo conduct thorough research and analysis in supporting our business objectives. Collect, analyze, and interpret data to help inform strategic decisions.

2 Duties:

General Duties:

Market Research:

  • Conduct market research to understand industry dynamics, competitive landscapes, customer behavior, and emerging trends.
  • Identify opportunities and threats within the market to inform strategic decisions.

Competitor Analysis:

  • Monitor and analyze the activities, strategies, and performance of competitors.
  • Provide comparative analysis to highlight competitive advantages and weaknesses.

Data Collection and Analysis:

  • Gather and analyze data from various sources, including industry reports, market trends, surveys, and company publications.
  • Utilize statistical tools and software to interpret data and identify patterns or trends.

Report Preparation:

  • Create detailed research reports, presentations, and summaries that outline findings and provide actionable insights.
  • Present research findings to management clearly and concisely.

Support Business Strategy:

  • Collaborate with various departments to support strategic planning and decision-making processes.
  • Provide research-based recommendations to guide business strategies and initiatives.

Qualitative Research:

  • Conduct interviews, focus group discussions, and leverage other research methods to gather in-depth insights.

Industry and Policy Monitoring:

  • Keep abreast of industry developments, regulatory changes, and policy updates that may impact the business.
  • Analyze the potential impact of external factors on the company’s operations and strategies.

3Requirements:

  • Proven experience in data collection and analysis.
  • Proficiency in using statistical tools and software.
  • Strong research skills, including both quantitative and qualitative methodologies.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to present findings effectively.
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Relevant educational background in market research, Business Administration, Economics, Statistics, Sociology, or a related discipline.

  • All company equipment, resources and production material.

8Salary:

  • GHS 3,000 to GHS 4,000
