Job Description:
General Duties:
- Originate HR practices and objectives fostering an employee-oriented, high-performance culture.
- Craft HR policies, procedures, and programs.
- Collaborate with a team of consultants, reporting to the Principal Consultant.
- Manage day-to-day HR operations for clients.
- Ensure compliance with local employment laws and regulations.
- Recruit and select candidates, overseeing the recruitment process.
- Conduct orientation programs and employee wellness education.
- Attend client meetings, facilitate staff meetings, and conduct site visits as required.
- Research new trends and technologies to enhance consulting processes.
- Conduct surveys to establish benchmarks for advisory inputs.
- Participate in relevant events and collaborate with stakeholders on HR-related matters.
- Provide advisory services to clients on HR issues and best practices.
- Manage professional relationships with clients, candidates, and stakeholders.

Departmental and External Relations:
Departmental Relations:
- Maintain contact with departmental managers and consultants on HR matters.
- Stay connected with all employees of the consulting firm.
External Relations:
- Engage with client officials, labor departments, professional groups, and statutory bodies.
- Foster relationships with academic institutions and client employee unions.

Manage corporate and employee confidential data.
Oversee the organizational budget.
Ensure efficient use of work tools, materials, and company vehicles.

Educational Qualification:
- Professional Certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, SPHRi)
- Master’s degree
- Five years of experience in a senior management role.

Compensation and Benefits:
Receive a consolidated percentage amount for lead and support consulting on projects.
Earn commission on projects brought directly to the firm.
